Tonight's the night all of us "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" fans have been waiting for- the Season 6 premiere on FX at 10:00 pm. Bust out your Greenman outfits, your penis towels and have a shot of tequila- it’s the salt, then the lime, then the tequila? The gang at Paddy's Pub is back to make us laugh tonight and we couldn't be more excited. If you are new to the show or shy about indulging, there's still time to get hooked- and trust us, you will. Not only does the show have the craziest group of characters on television, Mac (Rob McElhenney), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) but it's guaranteed that you will laugh out loud at least three times an episode. Charlie’s voice alone will have you rolling on the floor. And to think, the show started out as a You Tube video, which has now generated two of the greatest things on Earth- It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Justin Bieber.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia just released Season 5 on DVD to complete your entire box set collection if you want to prep for tonight’s premiere. Just a few things fans were left with after last season- Charlie's kitten mittens, Dee's attempt to be a surrogate mother, a road trip gone bad and a failed intervention on Frank. What could Season 6 possibly have in store? Tom Sizemore will reportedly make a cameo as a crazy trucker along with Jason Sudeikis who the gang will discover was once a long lost member of their crew. A few more hot topics this season will bring- gay marriage, houseboats and Sweet Dee's mysterious pregnancy. That's right. We said it, she is preggers. Dee (Kaitlin Olson) is married to Mac (Rob McElhenney) in real life and the couple, who just welcomed a son named Axel, decided to write her pregnancy into the show. It helps when he’s also the creator and a producer on the show. But who knocked Sweet Dee up? Was it Green Man or one of the McPoyle’s? We'll all have to tune in to find out.
According to FX.com, in tonight's episode, "Mac Fights Gay Marriage", Mac pulls out the big guns to protect the sanctity of marriage, while the rest of the gang reap the rewards of marital bliss. Will someone finally tie the knot? Will Charlie go overboard on a fake wedding registry? Or will Dee pretend to be engaged just so she can try on dresses, again? “His name is Sam and he sells salt, sea salt.” Of the thirteen episodes this season, FX has released the names of the first four. After the premiere tonight the lineup will be “Dennis Gets Divorced”, “The Gang Buys a Boat” and “Mac’s Big Break.” Tune in tonight and fall in love all over again with our favorite people from Philly.
