Yes, Megan Fox is allegedly threatening to sue Spoof Website, Celeb Jihad, for posting false naked photos of her.  We’re not sure how far the “Transformers” star will get with this one, as a disclaimer on the website reads, "CelebJihad.com is a satirical website containing published rumors, speculation, assumptions, opinions, fiction as well as factual information. Information on this site may or may not be true and is not meant to be taken as fact. CelebJihad.com makes no warranty as to the validity of any claims.”

Regardless, New York Daily News reports that Fox’s lawyers have sent a cease and desist letter to the site, demanding that the false photos be taken down ASAP.  A rep at Celeb Jihad has already responded, telling TMZ that they refuse to remove the photos.  "While we appreciate Megan Fox's concern for her image, we find it hard to believe that a woman who spent two Transformers movies bent over with her breasts pressed together could have her reputation damaged by a blatantly satirical website."

Maybe if Celeb Jihad had just asked politely, the racy Megan Fox would have been more than happy to strip down and give them some genuine photographs.  After all, she’s no stranger to showing off, having just posed in lacy black lingerie for Sharper Image.
