The newest episode of "Medium" consists of Allison acting like a creepy psychopath and everyone trying to cater to her crazy. It's shocking that she's managed to keep out of jail at this point, considering how many weird scrapes she gets into thanks to her 'gift.' It's probably good for her to work at the DA's office, if only so they're sympathetic when she commits crimes in the name of dead people.

This one is all about babies, and if you like babies, you see lots of them this episode. If the sound of a baby crying annoys you, however, it'll be ringing in your ear for the rest of the night. Aghhh get him a bottle already! Anyway she starts out having a silly dream about her children turning into babies and then Joe turning into one too. Lee's baby has also been born, although his girlfriend is being slightly obsessive over the newborn, which is usually pretty normal. Then of course there's the kidnapped baby, who is the case of the week.

A little baby named Bryce was taken from his parents, and they think it was his nanny Elizabeth who did it. The mother is in shock and pretty confused, since she was certain the nanny would never hurt him. They cannot find Elizabeth and search her house. Allison swipes a photo of Elizabeth and the baby, which means she's totally being possessed by Elizabeth after this point on. She keeps hearing a crying baby after she goes home, and it leads her to a random house. There she hears an actual baby, and it turns out Bryce is in the oven. Wtf?

Joe comes home to find out his wife has brought the baby back to their house, rather than return him to his parents. Whaaaaat! He understandably wigs out and insists she give the baby back. Cut to them doing just that and Devalos masking that Allison took the baby first. They should all be on alert right now, since she's acting wiggy. Allison even keeps his baby blanket and then visits the mother asking to see the baby. She sees a little cute dead girl who says her brother is not safe, and the mother tells her their daughter died. Dum dum duuuum. Allison storms off in the middle of the night and demands to see Bryce, which the parents actually allow her to do which is shocking at three in the morning. She asks why their daughter died and they had no answers, nor did they do an autopsy. Classically, crazy Allison decides they must be eeeeevil!

They find the dead body of Elizabeth. Not long after Allison arrives at the door, shoots pepper spray at the mother, and steals the baby! For real! How are they going to smooth this one over? She finally has a vision with all the answers: Elizabeth stole the baby to protect him. Her cousin planned to kidnap the baby, get a ransom, and she went along with it. She then found out he intended to sell Bryce into slavery, and couldn't do it. She hid the baby in the oven from her cousin, and then he beat her to death. Allison is found by the police and taken in.

The mother arrives and tells her calmly that Devalos let them know about Elizabeth's cousin and his plans. He had intended to steal Bryce again that night, and if Allison hadn't taken him they would have succeeded. She forgives Allison for her kidnapping, as long as she never comes anywhere near them again. Whew. You are so lucky, Allison.

On the B story, Bridgette is trying to learn the clarinet and then randomly her sister Marie can play it perfectly. She gets furious and has middle child syndrome for awhile, but then hears that Marie is having a psychic thing, and she's hearing a song constantly. She realizes a teacher at school is playing the same song, and it's his dead father who is haunting Marie. They play the song together and everyone is happy. Aw.
