Cher is set to re-team with 1980s pop sensation Cyndi Lauper for part of her upcoming North American tour.

Lauper previously joined the Believe hitmaker on her Do You Believe? Tour in 1999 and for several shows during her Living Proof: The Farewell Tour between 2003 and 2005, and now the pair is set to share the stage once again.

Cher took to Twitter.com on Thursday to announce the Time After Time singer will be the special guest for 36 dates of her Dressed To Kill tour.

She writes in a series of posts, "I've got some exciting news! Cyndi Lauper will be joining me as my special guest on my #DTK (Dressed To Kill) tour...I'm SO THRILLED 2 Be Working With CYNDI Again....She's an INCREDIBLE ARTIST.....SHE'S ADORABLE."

Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo will support the singer for the first 13 dates of the trek, which begins in Phoenix, Arizona on March 22. Lauper will take over in Buffalo, New York on April 23.
