Nicole Kidman's upcoming Grace Kelly biopic has been mysteriously pulled from The Weinstein Company's release calendar almost two months before it was due to hit cinemas.
Grace Of Monaco, in which the Oscar-winning actress portrays the legendary Hollywood star-turned-princess, is facing further delays after its release date was pushed back for a second time.
Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter the final version of the movie has not yet been delivered to the production company, thus posing a problem for the movie's marketing team.
Director Olivier Dahan recently discussed his frustration over the project in an interview with a French newspaper, saying, "It's right to struggle, but when you confront an American distributor like Weinstein, not to name names, there is not much you can do. There are two versions of the film for now: mine and his (the film company's)... which I find catastrophic."
This is the second time Grace of Monaco has been delayed - it was originally set to hit theatres in November (13).
