Emilia Clarke In The Running To Play Sarah Connor In New 'Terminator' Movie
Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke, Brie Larson and Margot Robbie have emerged as frontrunners for the lead in the latest Terminator movie.
Director Alan Taylor has already started screen testing the actresses for the role of young Sarah Connor in the prequel, in which Arnold Schwarzenegger will reprise his role as the title character.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Clarke and Larson will be tested next week (beg11Nov13), while sources tell the publication that producers are also interested in Robbie.
Connor was played by Linda Hamilton in the classic James Cameron-directed Terminator movies, while Clarke's Game of Thrones co-star Lena Headey played the freedom fighter character in TV spin-off Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
