Rapper Soulja Boy is facing legal action over an alleged hit-and-run accident in Los Angeles, California.
The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hitmaker is involved in a lawsuit thanks to his pal Abrahim Mustafa, who was driving Soulja Boy's expensive Bentley in January (13) when it collided with a motorcycle, according to TMZ.com.
The bike rider sustained injuries from the accident and went on a mission to find the owner of the vehicle.
Police officers in L.A. finally tracked down Mustafa and Soulja Boy in May (13), when a valet at Hollywood restaurant Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles identified the Bentley as belonging to the hip-hop star.
Under California law, the owner of the vehicle who gives permission to another driver to operate it is responsible for any accidents that may occur.
