District Attorney rejects Justin Bieber cases
Justin Bieber's legal woes have been slashed - the Los Angeles County District Attorney has rejected cases related to altercations between the pop star and his neighbours.
The Baby singer will not face further action on charges he spat on a neighbour during a heated dispute, nor will he have to answer to allegations he was speeding recklessly near his home in Calabasas, California.
The D.A. threw out the former case, insisting it was one person's word against another, and Justin denied the spitting incident.
During the altercation with his angry neighbour Bieber reportedly said, "I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f**king kill you."
The investigators have ruled that the singer's actions were "disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbour had entered the property without invitation Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat," according to TMZ.com.
As for the speeding case, the D.A. checked video of the alleged incident and determined that Bieber was not even in the Ferrari that was speeding around his neighborhood, but riding behind the sports car on a motorcycle.
