Kendra Wilkinson's car accident in April (13) was worse than she originally let on - the U.S. TV star suffered a stroke in the smash.
The former Playboy model was hospitalised earlier this year (13) after she was involved in a head-on collision in Los Angeles.
It has now emerged the 28 year old experienced a "minor stroke" in the crash, which doctors discovered in her X-ray scans just days afterwards, according to E! News.
Wilkinson has since made a full recovery and is set to open up about her traumatic ordeal in an upcoming episode of her reality show Kendra on Top.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "You know how you 'change' after a car crash... Yeah I definitely look at life differently after. Check out Kendra On Top to see what I mean."
