Kendrick Lamar Axes South Africa Trip To Support Kanye West
Rapper Kendrick Lamar has called off his upcoming tour of South Africa so he can hit the road with Kanye West.
The star had been due to play a series of dates in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town in November (13), but he has now axed the gigs after he was given the chance to join West's North American tour.
Lamar will open for West when his Yeezus shows kick off in October (13), and he will return to South Africa early next year (14) to play the rescheduled dates, according to Timeslive.co.za.
He will launch his run in Durban on 28 February (14).
