James Franco To Star In 'The Mindy Project'
Hollywood actor James Franco is heading back to the small screen with a recurring role in TV comedy "The Mindy Project."
The "Spider-Man" star has been cast as Paul Leotard, a fashion model-turned-doctor who replaces actress Mindy Kaling's gynaecologist character in her clinic when she goes abroad on a volunteer mission.
Franco's multi-episode arc will air in September but it's not the hunk's first time on TV - his breakthrough role was on cult comedy Freaks and Geeks, and he also appeared in daytime soap General Hospital.
