Justin Bieber's mother: 'My son will come out on top'
Justin Bieber's mother has defended the embattled singer over his recent headline-grabbing antics, insisting her son will always "come out on top".
The 19-year-old pop star has been in the news for all the wrong reasons lately - on Tuesday (09Jul13), he was reportedly booted out of an Illinois nightclub amid allegations of underage drinking, while his best friend Lil Twist was arrested for driving under the influence on Thursday (11Jun13) while behind the wheel of Bieber's car.
However, the Baby singer's mother Pattie Mallette is adamant her son will learn from his mistakes.
She tells E! News, "My son is not a public figure to me, he is my son. I can't predict what's going to be in the headlines.
"Justin has always been someone who has to do things his way. And I have to be able to believe he will do the right thing and he will come out on top."
The Canadian star also came under fire this week (10Jul13) after footage emerged purportedly showing him relieving himself in a mop bucket in the kitchen of a New York City restaurant.
