Stephen Fry returned to the red carpet on Monday night (10Jun13) just days after revealing he attempted suicide while filming abroad last year (12).
The British actor and comedian confessed he tried to take his life by downing pills and alcohol in Richard Herring's Leicester Square Podcast last week (beg03Jun13), but has since assured fans he feels "fine" now.
Announcing on Twitter.com that he's now "on good meds (medication)," the Gosford Park star proved he was back at his best by attending the London premiere of new period romance Summer in February.
Fortunately, he had another Brit to grab all the attention at the launch - the film's star Dan Stevens, who lost 30 pounds since January (13) for a new movie role.
Dressed in a form-fitting silver-grey suit, the actor, whose beloved Downton character Matthew Crawley was killed off on last year's (12) Christmas episode, also sported his natural brown-haired look after ditching the blond style he sported on both TV and in his big screen debut in the adaptation of Jonathan Smith’s novel.
In the film, Stevens and fellow Brit Dominic Cooper play best friends who fall for the same woman at an artists' retreat.
