Hanson and Gavin Degraw are two of the acts who will be taking part in an upcoming 24-hour online-only music festival revolving around the O Music Awards later this month (Jun13).

More than 50 artists will perform live on MTV and its sister channels, VH1 and CMT, as part of Live Music Day Festival, which will kick off at 7pm Eastern Standard Time in America on 19 June (13).

Kate Nash, Atlas Genius and Oberhofer have also been lined up for performances, which will be streamed from the offices of MTV, VH1 and CMT's parent company Viacom in New York, Nashville, Tennessee and Los Angeles.
