Mel Gibson's former lover has dropped a lawsuit against the lawyers she alleged botched a settlement with the actor.
Oksana Grigorieva won $750,000 (£484,000) and joint legal and physical custody of the couple's daughter, Lucia, in 2011, but earlier this year (13) she claimed attorneys Ronald Litz and Daniel Horowitz advised her to sign a quit claim deed, giving up her interest in the Sherman Oaks, California home she shared with her ex.
A Los Angeles judge ruled Grigorieva could stay in Gibson's home until Lucia is 18 years old. At that point, the estate would be sold and the proceeds put in a trust for their daughter, who will turn four in October (13).
Unhappy with the settlement, the singer filed suit against the lawyers in January (13) but she has now dropped her claim "without prejudice".
It is not known if Gregorieva and her lawyers have reached a separate agreement.
