Fans urged to boost Lady Gaga's recovery with specialised artworks
Lady Gaga's team is urging fans to send in art inspired by the pop superstar in a bid to boost her recovery from hip surgery.
The singer underwent an operation on 20 February (13) to treat an injury which prompted her to cancel the remaining dates on her Born This Way Ball world tour.
The Poker Face hitmaker is still taking it easy in a bid to ensure she doesn't hamper her healing by returning to live performances too early, and now her team are asking devotees to lift her mood by creating artworks in her honour.
A post on the star's website reads, "Show Mother Monster just how much you care as she continues her recovery. Send us your get-well wishes and inspirational, original artwork - we'll make an album and share it with Lady Gaga."
Fans' works can be uploaded to a special website created in association with Internet call provider Skype.com.
