The selected venue for the episode 12 finale, of America's Next Top Model: College Edition, is Jamaica's Rose Hall Great House in Montego Bay. Laura, Kiara, and Leila are the last standing finalists of this season's competition.
Surprise guest Sophie Sumner, winner of ANTM Cycle 18, drops by with the advice of "not to fall" during upcoming final competition runway walk. Eliminated contestants Nastasia, Destiny, Kristin, Darian, Kristin, Allyssa, Yvonne, and Brittany return to walk in the competition’s final fashion show. Nastasia voices a "most improved" support for Kiara who wants to win the competition for her family. Kristen is for the one she thinks is the "prettiest," Laura, who wants to win the competition on her own without the influence of her celebrity background. Darian supports the “comeback" efforts of model Leila who has come a long way.
Earlier scenes, from an earlier Nine West photo shoot, reveal shared miffed and tense moments between guest photographer Jez Smith and PR maven Kelly Cutrone over photographic directions leaving model Laura in a distraught and teary state that her shoot is cut short. This is followed by a photo shoot, for Nylon magazine, where the models are stunned by the arrival of relatives for added support: Laura parents, Leila's mom, and Kiara's grandmother.
Bank’s ANTM final runway show in grand fashion, with a theatrical haute couture production, but not without a few missteps. Leila unfortunately trips and falls during her initial walk, but she is able to bounce back quickly. Kiara, though overwhelmed by the magnitude of the final event suffering the beginnings of an anxiety attack, is able to complete the fashion show. Laura, marked by nerves and seems overly stiff in her final walk, pulls through on a high note. The finale scores, a review of each model's body of work, the judges score, and social media scores, leaves Leila in third place, Kiara in second place, and Laura in first place winning the title of America's Next Top Model Cycle 19. Laura, along with her new title, wins a prize package that includes a Nylon Magazine fashion feature, Nine West and Smashbox Cosmetics campaigns, a modeling contract with LA/NY Models, the face of this year’s ANTM Dream Come True fragrance, $100,000 in cash, plus an added $30, 000 in "ANTM Scholarship Bank" challenge winning prizes.
