Lindsay Lohan has backed out of her publicized 20/20 interview with Barbara Walters following her PR team's worry that there would be questions over her summer car crash.

Lohan is currently looking at jail time for lying to police after a June incident where her Porsche slammed into an 18-wheeler. A conviction would break her probation, which would then lead to some time in prison.

TMZ reports the interview was supposed to center around her Lifetime movie Liz & Dick, but as the car crash story re-ignited, it became clear that Walter would include some hard-hitting questions over her legal troubles.

Lohan considers Walter a family friend - but her new PR team, Rogers & Cowan, pulled the plug anyway.
