A suit was filed in Los Angeles today by Ukrainian singer Aza, claiming that pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen stole her song and turned it into Call Me Maybe.

The song in question from Aza is a tune entitled Hunky Santa. In the music video (below), the Ukrainian pop star strips and grinds with a male model to the tune.

"I'm shocked and surprised that these people wanted to sample my lyrics on 'Call Me Maybe.' They didn't ask me for permission—they just stole it. That's why I filed this lawsuit. When I first listened to it on the radio while driving my car, I almost got into an accident. I couldn't believe what I was hearing," Aza said in a statement obtained my TMZ.
