Jessica Simpson Drops 20 Pounds For Wedding
Jessica Simpson tweeted the above photo with the message "United States of Tara? Which one is my REAL personality?" The star has reportedly lost 20 pounds in less than two months in preparation for her upcoming wedding to former NFL player Eric Johnson.
How'd she do it? Personal training sessions with the same woman that sculpted Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, and Gwyneth Paltrow: Tracy Anderson! Anderson told US Weekly Simpson is working out four days a week at 75 minutes per session. She's also on a 1600 calorie-a-day diet.
