How To Dress Well

With so many excellent videos floating around, sometimes you just cant get to them all, but we here at Get eXposed Music surely can. As we continue to pick up the slack for MTV (even though they still have a Music Video Awards show for some reason), use these videos to enrich your life with the sound of music (of something hokey like that).

Cold Showers - "BC"

Following the recent release of their debut LP Love and Regret, the band is sharing the Brian Davila-directed video for album highlight "BC". Featuring a cameo from Crystal Antlers' Andrew King, the video pays homage to films like The HungerSociety and Night of the Comet.

Chrome Canyon - "Pluze"

Stones Throw has released Chrome Canyon's debut album, Elemental Themes, an inaugural set blessed with solid circuitry and an organic core: not only those analog synths, but live drums, bass, guitar and Theremin run through hand-built compressors, composed and arranged into a living, breathing whole. Elemental Themes was one of the last works mastered by Nilesh Patel, the engineer behind classic albums by the likes of Air, Bjork, and Daft Punk.

King Dude - "Vision in Black"

After the recent release of his new album Burning Daylight, King Dude is sharing an acoustic performance of Burning Daylight song "Vision In Black", performed for Terroreyes TV and Sargent House's Glassroom Sessions during a recent visit to Los Angeles.

Big Deal - "Teradactol"

Check out Big Deal's vidoe for their new song, "Teradactol" - a squalling monster of sound, the song debuts the duo enlisting a drummer and bass player to create a gorgeous wall of grungy noise. The video, directed by Joey Ryken came about after discussions with the band and their shared esoteric interests… In the end, explain Big Deal “We settled on a sort of alien transmission via dreamachine.”
