Sex Comedy 'Miss March' Hits The Road

Miss MarchIt's every man's dream to date a Playboy playmate. So any man in his right mind would be pretty psyched to discover that his once-virginal high school sweetheart was vamping it up in one of the world's most famous men's magazines. But if you had just woken up from a four-year coma? It might come as a bit of a shock. Miss March is the sweet tale of a young man's cross-country road trip to win back the love of his life from the debauched clutches of Hugh Hefner and his Playboy grotto. Directed by, written and starring Whitest Kids U' Know members Trevor Moore and Zach Cregger, so expect a chaste sex comedy. Miss March opens in theatres this Friday, March 13.

Here are a few more fun and memorable "road trip" movies.

Road Trip (2000)
Sex tapes are always a bad idea. The angles never do justice and the positions just don't film well. Sending a sex tape to your long-distance girlfriend of you and another girl? That's a whole different category of bad idea. Hence Breckin Meyer's urgency to beat the U.S. postal service (is it really that hard? They never seem too hurried) and destroy the evidence of his infidelity. Road Trip's most enduring legacy: introducing DJ Qualls to us. Without him, there would be no McLovin.

Euro Trip (2004)
Backpacking through Europe is a rite of passage for American teens. Having a gorgeous German online pen pal eager to make you feel better about the cheating girlfriend who just dumped you is an added motivation. Scotty (Scott Mechlowicz) travels from the States to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bratislava, Berlin and Rome until he finally gets to confess his love to - and have sex in a Vatican confessional with - the German hot chick. Sweet satisfaction.

Sex Drive (2008)
Oh, to be a fly on the wall when the screenwriters were brainstorming titles for their script. "This is a movie about a guy that drives for sex. It is literally a sex drive. Sex Drive!" Seriously, why mince words? When a high school senior, especially a moderately geeky one, has a shot at sex, there ain't nothin', not even the length of this great country, that is going to stop him. Of course, hijinks like broken down cars, a jail stint for damaging a police car, and hanging out with an Amish Seth Green slow them down. But everyone finds love in the end. Maybe the movie should've been called "Love Drive."

The Sure Thing (1985)
The granddaddy of traveling to get laid. Before John Cusack held a stereo over his head to win a girl's heart, he was ready to cross the country to California to hook up with Nicollette Sheridan. Of course, who couldn't guess that he'd fall in love with his travel companion, uptight Daphne Zuniga on her way to visit her boyfriend? Because love always trumps sex, right?
