Newly engaged Keira Knightley and her fiance James Righton just spent $3.7 million on a luxury townhouse in London, according to the Daily Mail. Their fancy digs include a cinema, dressing room, music room and library. There is also reportedly a studio in the garden. Their new place is located in the Spitalfields area of East London.

The actress and the Klaxons rocker confirmed their engagement last week after 15 months of dating. They were introduced by mutual friend Alexa Chung in early 2011.

Over the weekend the couple was spotted out and about in London cuddling and kissing each other. Photographers snapped pictures of her delicate ring, a single circular diamond on a thin gold band.

Keira and James have been low key publicly about their relationship.  They have never posed together on the red carpet, but have been spotted regularly outside their East London home.

Keira stars in the upcoming film "Seeking A Friend At The End of the World" about a man (Steve Carell) who decides to take a road trip to reunite with his high school sweetheart. Accompanying him is a neighbor who inadvertently puts a wrench in his plan.
