The Blue Things
Home > Music > The Blue Things > Discography
One of the most underappreciated albums of the '60s. Composed of Val Stoecklein originals and well-chosen covers, the group synthesized the Beatles and Dylanesque folk-rock with a skill similar to the Byrds. Ringing 12-string and acoustic guitars, melodic harmonies, passionate vocals, and strong material abound on this nearly forgotten near-classic. Richie Unterberger, All Music Guide Releases:
