Coming across like bratty college kid brothers of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the band has the ability to work a groove -- their collages of samples, beats, and grungy riffs creates an impressively noisy clatter -- but they have trouble coming up with memorable songs. As a result, Dink is only an album that suggests the band's potential, not one that fulfills it.
