Biography:
Carey Bowman (vocals, guitars) fronts the Austin, TX-based Coffee Sergeants; other members include multi-instrumentalist Mike Barnett, bassist Spencer Berry and drummer Doug Spinks. With a psychedelic-pop sound inspired by early Pink Floyd, Buffalo Springfield and R.E.M., the band released two cassette-only EPs, Autumn Days (1990) and Minaret (1991).
