Terminator Salvation:The Future Begins was very good. I have been a Terminator fan sense the beginning of it, and I give it five stars! The special effects were excellent, and even though the original cast members were not present, such as Arnold Schwarzenezzer, Linda Hamilton, and Edward Furlong, I still enjoyed it. Christian Bale played his role very well. He is a good actor also. I have followed his career since he made his debut in "Empire Of The Sun", which was also an excellent drama. Again, thumbs up!
Solid. "Terminator Salvation" is a hard, humorless PG-13 film. It didn't blow my doors off, but I did have a good time. The supporting cast is more than serviceable: Michael Ironside (General Ashdown), Bryce Dallas Howard( Kate Connor), Common (Barnes), and Helena Bonham Carter (Dr. Serena Kogan.) Moon Bloodgood (Blair Williams), sparkles in the role as a pilot for Resistance. Bloodgood is a very attractive woman. My tongue wasn't wagging, but she did pique my interest. Back on topic. John Connor (Christian Bale), has lost many men during this long war campaign. And things are about to get worse when his team uncovers a plot by Skynet during a raid on one of their facilities. John Connor is focused on leading the Resistance to victory over Skynet. His main objective is to make certain that his future father, Kyle Reese (Anton Yelchin), lives long enough to createthe future leader of the Resistance. "Salvation," has plenty of touches to keep your senses working overtime: The music score is marvelous. The cement hue fuher intensifies the dark tone, and the moto-terminators and airships are impressive. Four guys came along with me and each gave a glowing endorsement. I'll close this review by saying that I would crawl into a bush with Moon Bloodgood morning, noon, or night.
