Storm Cell Summary:
Her parents having perished in a twister when she was just a young girl, Dr. April Saunders (Mimi Rogers) dedicates her life to developing more effective methods of tracking potentially dangerous storm systems. Dr. Saunders is traveling to Seattle with her daughter when she discovers a massive super-cell heading straight for the city.
