Listen Up! [TV Series] Summary:
Former NBA star Charles Barkley, that "round mound of rebound", registered so well as a guest host on cable TV's Inside the NBA that he was awarded his own TNT network talk show. Assisted by Ernie Johnson, the shamelessly outspoken Barkley traded comments on a variety of issues with Hollywood stars, politicians, and of course athletes. To quote the series' original ad campaign, Barkley "retired the mouthpiece, but not the mouth." Telecast live in most areas, Listen Up! joined TNT's Tuesday-night lineup on October 31, 2002.
