The interns are dumbstruck by patient Annie Connors (Alex S. Alexander), who checks in with a 65-pound tumor--an all-time record for Seattle Grace. Another patient, Mr. Levangie (Bruce Weitz), suffers from Parkinson's disease, the proper treatment of which sparks a war of words between surgical intern Izzie (Katherine Heigl) and her gimlet-eyed supervisor Bailey (Chandra Wilson). Elsewhere, Bailey warns Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) that her relationship (such as it is) with Derek (Patrick Dempsey) may cost both of them their jobs; and Izzie offers advice to George (T.R.
