Miley Cyrus has no problem being called a lesbian, but she really hates it when you call her ugly.
The singer tweeted out against her haters on Saturday, writing, "I get called an ugly lesbian a lot more than one would think. Or maybe not. Can u atleast call me an interesting lesbian. I hate the U word."
Miley, who is reportedly dating The Legend of Hercules star Kellan Lutz, told the Toronto Sun back in July that she considers being called a lesbian a complement, and she attributes the assumptions to her short hair.
"I didn’t plan a haircut to change my life," Miley said in an interview over being named number one in Maxim Magazine's annual Hot 100 poll in 2013.
"I just cut my hair and then it really changed my lfe. There’s something about having no hair that it screams being confident. And I think especially because people like to put people in a box, I mean the names I’ve been called since I cut my hair.
"Everyone said I was a lesbian but I’m like, ‘Being a lesbian isn’t a bad thing. So if you think I look like I’m a lesbian, I’m not offended. You can call me much worse.’ I’ve been called much worse," she adds. "Being a lesbian is a compliment more than what else they call me."
