Tropical Storm Ida (was a Cat 2 Hurricane at one point) is nearing the Gulf Coast and should make landfall some time later tonight into early Tuesday morning.  Ida makes 9 named storms for this year...a far cry from the record number of storms in 2005.  See Joe Cool Rocks' comment from November 30, 2005.

Low 80s at 2:43 in the morning?!  Damn, that's very humid.  As for where I am, it's partly cloudy and warm, but not too warm...yet.  It's probably in the low 80s, but not as humid.  It's almost 12:20 pm.
