I just watched a talk show where she stated she was a vegetarian (9 years) and was pushing soy.
Google soy and find out how bad it is for you. She is young and may not notice now, but it will cause more health problems - decreased thyroid function, cancer, inhibit zinc absorption, endometriosis, the list is endless. She should use other legumes and stay away from soy. People like her, but she should not promote soy.
