Even though I'm a little wary about remakes (and this one seems to be
the coup de gras of it all..starting out as a novel, then a movie in 70s
and now a remake of that movie) I'm still excited to see it. I'm a fan of
the Bacon man.

Steve Buscemi

I think Steve Buscemi is absolutely great. I love how he flies under the
radar for a bit and then resurfaces with another great performance. Of
course my A#1 performance of Steve's is in Reservoir Dogs.

I WOULD say Misery but the fact that they dumbed down the hobbling scene is a little aggrevating. For those who don't know, in the book, she cuts off his feet instead of breaking his ankles. So probably The Shining for me even though Misery was really good. By the way, for any Stephen King fans, I heard there's going to be an article about him and all the film adaptations there have been on his work in the next issue of Moving Pictures Magazine coming out sometime next week. I never got a chance to see 1408...someone wanna tell me what they thought of it? I'm not sure how they managed to turn one of his short stories into a feature film.....oh well, that's Hollywood I suppose.
