I am a single mom in Desmoines Ia. Love Rascal Flatts, but can't afford the concert I have promised to take my 8 yr old son to for his first concert. We have always known (since day of release) that My Wish is the song I want from start to finish for my sons of 16 and 8. I have lost my 16 yr old now to the world we all pray they won't take smoking marj, drinking, falling grades, and his dream of football gone to. 54 dollare"s a ticket is to much for a mom making 1160 gross a mth. As a mom of 2 my son of 8 is crushed as I am at having to tell him for the 2nd time I can't afford to take him to see his first concert and the band of his dreams.I can't even give him the joy or dream to see them sing it. One more crused dream for my boy's in Ia. No wounder we loose our kids to the realty of the broken ways of our families and the cruel world of today. "Wish" my wish to take my son to see Rascal sing "My Wish" (as I would cry with joy) to know my son and I got at least one of the Wishes of the song and a fighting chance to see some wishes REALLY do come true in our world of lost hope and family life, love,and Yes wishes too.
