Mr.Snipes is a great person he has done so much for the community and for others. I think its very unfair and unjust what they did to him. This is another way the system puts a black man down. Why could they have not given him house arrest?
Look at Martha Stewart they woman committed a worst crime and they gave her house arrest! Why? because poor white lady..and you know they cant lock her up.Oh no not poor Martha! Please the system is full of it, cant see a black person with money or trying to do well. Just LOCK him UP WRIGHT AWAY! Oh please give me a break the IRS makes millions of dollars of our money, yes us people that dont make over 35,000 a year. Its all about greed! But thats ok what comes around goes around!
And for all you other posters im not black im 100 percent hispanic! Im just trying to defend us!

I think it was very unfair what happened to Mr.Snipes hes a great person has done many things for the community. An d I poersonally think that judge is trying to shut a black man down, in other words ruin him. Look at Martha Stewart she committed a worse crime and she only got house arrest. Come on why did'nt they do the same for Mr. Snipes? I know why? Because he's a black man with money! But Martha mrs. white lady gets over. That's the unfair system. Again if he was like Bobbie Brown with a bad record and criminal history than I could see them not giving him a chance! But this oh please give me a break! The IRS is making millions of all our hard working money!
Its unjust unfair, totally wrong! But I tell you this what comes around goes around...
