I beleive he was a good man. In his acting career, especially on Little on the Prairie. I grew up watching this from the very beginning until the final episode. I rememeber even as a little 4 year old telling my parents to let's hurry and get to the tv set so we wouldn't miss LHOTP. It was one of the few programs really showing family values, what a legacy to leave behind to your family and friends. The show made you feel as if you knew Mr. Ingalls, personally, and all the cast, now that's real tv. Doing something worhtwhil that all your family can sit down and enjoy, without worrying about cursing or blaspheming God. What a terrible road we've came down. I wonder what Michael Landon, would think about the demonic movies and tv shows we have today. Harry Potter, Shrek, Twitches, and every other devilish junk out there. I like being able to watch LHOTP re-runs, and Michael Landons sons Love Comes Softly series, I'm just 37, a mother of 4, is there anyone else out there in this world who just wants to watch something CLEAN....on tv,or is that day and time really over for good. I guess it is judging by our tv weekly guide. Someone out there who has the money and the means do follow in Michaels footsteps, and keep this in mind, everybody out there doesn't want to see, filth, rebellion, demonic overtones, magic, witchcraft. Some of us still want a simpler time when neighbor cared about neighbor, and church wasn't something we were made to do, but wanted to atten. There'll never be another show meeting the high standards of Little House, but maybe just maybe by some miracle someone may be able to reach those people of my generation, who just want to be able to sit down with their children and enjoy that next 30 or 60 minutes. Thanks cast and crew everyone of you for making television history to be proud of. Today, that says alot, and thanks Mr. Landon, for an effort to bring us love of family, love of God, and each other to television, boy could some producers take some notes from your producing history. To Michael's son keep up the Love Comes Softly series, we just can't get enough of them. Ever thought of a tv program like than?? I hope so. God bless Landon family, and all the crew of Little House on the Prairie, there'll never be another like you. Sincerely, Mrs. J.B.
