i thought she went to jail for driving with a suspended license. she got her license suspended becasue she was over the legal limit dui. so technically she went to jail for driving with a suspended license. get real people, you hate her becasue she is pretty, fun and popular... at least more than you are, and you are jealous that she has everything you dont have... she should have been fined and that should have been the end of it, but her judge wanted to make the papers so he took advantage of his position and threw the book at her.
