Marie Osmond cancelled a string of shows in Las Vegas this week because she is "struggling" following the death of her teenage son, according to her personal assistant.
The singer returned to work on "The Donny & Marie" Show with her brother just a day after she buried 18-year-old Michael Blosil, who was found dead outside his Los Angeles apartment building last month.
She has now scrapped a series of dates for this week and is due back on stage on March 23rd.
Osmond's representative Alan Nierob revealed she is "still processing" the tragic events, and now the star's personal assistant has opened up about her employer's emotional state.
Darla Sperry tells the Las Vegas Sun, "She is hanging in there, but she's struggling. What can we expect? She is doing the best she can. Please keep her in your prayers."
