Lisa Kudrow Battling Former Manager Over Her 'Friends' Money
Lisa Kudrow is heading back to court in California to battle an ex-manager who is fighting for a slice of her Friends fortune.
The actress ended her professional relationship with her longtime representative Scott Howard in 2007 and he subsequently sued her for a portion of the syndication payments she receives for work she carried out between 1991 and 1997, while he was her manager.
A judge dismissed the case, claiming there was not enough evidence to proceed, but an appeals court has now ruled Howard should be given another chance to stake his claim.
The case will now head back to court for a new trial, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
