Lindsay Lohan's mother has confirmed the actress left rehab on Monday morning.
Dina Lohan reveals the Mean Girls star was released from a California clinic after completing her treatment for substance abuse, telling Eonline.com, "It's a great day!"
The 24-year-old actress was ordered to serve three months in rehab last year after breaching her probation relating to a 2007 DUI conviction. She remains on probation and is due back in court for a progress hearing on February 25th.
Lohan's rehab stint has not been without controversy - she had been receiving treatment at the Betty Ford Center until an alleged clash with a member of staff last month.
The actress was moved to a new facility and the employee was fired after subsequently talking to the press. A police investigation into the alleged altercation was launched.
