Lindsay Lohan Countersued By Clothing Company Over Her 'Drug-Addled Image'
Lindsay Lohan has another lawsuit on her hands - she has been countersued by her former fashion label collaborators.
In March, the Liz & Dick star, who is currently undergoing rehab treatment, filed a $1.1 million suit against clothing manufacturers at D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, claiming she was cheated out of her share of profits when a 2009 business deal fell apart.
Nevertheless, D.N.A.M. executives have hit back with their own complaint, alleging Lohan's "drug-addled image" and legal problems made it impossible for them to sell her 6126 Collection to retailers.
According to TMZ.com, brand bosses are suing for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5 million in damages.
The 26 year old checked into California's Betty Ford clinic on May 3rd to begin a 90-day, court-ordered rehab stint.
