Justin Bieber got entangled in an incident at a Los Angeles, Calif., restaurant last night that resulted in the police being called to intervene.

The singer was reportedly dining with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez at Dave & Buster's at the city's Hollywood & Highland Center on Monday night when the singer's bodyguards confronted a fan who was taking a video of the couple on her cell phone.
The fan allegedly refused to give her phone to the security team so they could erase the footage, and police were called to the scene. Los Angeles Police Department officers went to the restaraunt but determined no crime had been committed, and no arrests were made.

Officer Sara Faden told the Los Angeles Times, "There's been no theft, no scuffle and no crime occurred."

This isn't the first time a fan has tried to video Bieber and police were called. In May, the singer got agitated after a woman took photos of the star hanging out at Sherman Oaks Castle Park.
