Dance pro Julianne Hough is returning to "Dancing With The Stars" - as a judge. The dancer/singer/actress won twice on the show and will be joining Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman. The news was revealed this morning on "Good Morning America."

Hough said she was excited to join the judging team. "'Dancing With the Stars' has always been a part of my family. That’s where it all began for me, so .... It just felt like the right time and the right opportunity," she explained.

Hough won the coveted mirror ball trophy with Apolo Anton Ohno and Helio Castroneves. She left the competition to focus on her acting and singing careers. She has appeared in films such as "Footloose," "Safe Haven" and "Rock of Ages." She also released a country music album.

Hough acted as a guest judge last season and promises she won't show any favoritism to her brother Derek Hough, who is part of the professional dancing cast.

Season 19 will premiere on Monday, Sept. 15 on ABC.
