Update: Rob Gonzalez is once again coming 'Home for the Holidays.'

After the success of the inaugural Christmas event last year, the musician and his orchestra are leading the second annual 'Home for the Holidays' concert at the Montage Beverly Hills hotel one week from today, December 11. This year's event benefits Blood:Water Mission, an organization which supports communities fighting the HIV/AIDS and water crisis in Africa.

The theme of this year's event is 'Tribute to Ray Charles,' as Rob is in the midst of working on a recording project dedicated to the musical icon. "I'm paying my own personal tribute to Ray's genius, which is the best I could ever hope to do," he said of that project earlier this fall. "It's just my personal way of saying 'thank you' to Ray for all that his music has brought me over the years."

In addition to Rob and his orchestra, other participants in the 'Home for the Holidays' event include actress Milena Govich (best known for her role as Det. Nina Cassady on Law & Order), comedian Melinda Hill (Reno 911), and singers Luca Ellis and Christine Fontana. Actress Joelle Carter, currently playing Ava Crowder on the FX hit series Justified, will host the event.

Tickets for the evening are $75 for General Admission and $150 for the VIP Package, which includes preferred seating and a ticket to the after party. Tickets can be purchased at ShowClix.
