Three years after their headline-making split, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are officially divorced.

A Los Angeles judge signed off on the former couple's split and the arrangement for custody of their children on Monday.

Lopez, who confirmed her split from backup dancer Casper Smart last week, will get primary physical custody of their two children, twins Max and Emme, 6; and both parties agreed that financial support from Anthony isn't necessary despite the $18,000 per month he'd been giving Lopez since their split.

According to, the court also ordered the couple to make their "best efforts" to keep the kids away from the paparazzi.

That doesn't mean that the Latin singer will get to pocket that extra cash -- last week he was ordered by the court to increase the amount of his child support payments to second ex-wife Dayanara Torres to care for their two sons together.

J. Lo and Marc Anthony split in 2011 after seven years of marriage. Anthony filed for divorce a year later.

Conveniently, the news comes the same week as J. Lo's new album, "A.K.A.," was released.
