Jennifer Aniston was on the cover of Harper's Bazaar and inside she revealed how she keeps her body in such fine shape, despite giving into urges for coffee and wine.
The Bounty Hunter star says it rather simply: "Just stop eating s**t every day." The star maintains that a balanced diet will have a lot of people losing weight, and that gorging on sugars and snacks is what keeps many overweight.
She also says that it took her about five years before she could get over her split with Brad Pitt, which is when she had a "rebirth" of her life.
