Jennifer Aniston is envious of Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge's hair.

Despite her own good looks and seemingly non-existant hair problems, the Horrible Bosses star reveals that her own hair is anything but manageable in the July issue of Marie Claire magazine..

"Kate Middleton. Does she do her hair herself?" Aniston replies when asked whose hair she wishes she could have instead of her own. "She's got a hard job, being scrutinized like that. When I have a bad hair day, my hair just goes in a clip."

“I have naturally wavy, frizzy Greek hair, and over the years it's taken a beating from blow-dryers, flatirons, curlers, and extensions, which I think are the most damaging," she adds.

The actress was joined by her long-time stylist Chris McMillan for the interview, and she reveals that he's the one behind "The Rachel" -- her iconic hairstyle from hit sitcom Friends.

“[Chris] was 29 and I was 24. My manager at the time said, ‘You have to do something with your hair—it's horrible!’ I walked into the salon and Chris just lopped it off," she reveals. "I mean, at that point it was pretty much The Rachel.”

But that still didn't make things easy. Aniston says the 'do "was high maintenance" and that dealing with prior to taping the show it was like "surgery."

“The Rachel was horrible!” she exclaims; while McMillan adds, "I know that was Jen’s least favorite hairstyle because I hear about it every time I style her hair.”

Aniston, who's engaged to actor Justin Theroux, also says that her ideal hairstyle for her wedding would be low maintenance.

"I like loose and natural hair because it goes against the formality of the dress," she says.

"Loose, like ‘I just got out of bed, maybe had a romp’ hair.”
