Jason Biggs & Sean Astin To Voice New 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'
Lord of the Rings star Sean Astin and American Pie leading man Jason Biggs are to team up as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The two movie stars will lend their voices to animated crime-fighters Raphael and Leonardo in a new animated Turtles series for kids TV network Nickelodeon.
According to Entertainment Weekly magazine, Rob Paulsen, who played Raphael in the first Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, will voice the character of Donatello in the new show.
Astin tells the publication he's suddenly become a hero in the eyes of his nephew, who grew up a huge fan of the Turtles.
He explains, "I was too old for them. My wife's brother's son... when he was four years old, he was sleeping in the Turtles sleeping bags, wearing the Turtles clothes, playing with the Turtles toys, watching the Turtles show.
"I remember we took him to DisneyWorld, and we got a private audience with the Turtles. I thought he was gonna have a heart attack. He was seized with terror and awe."
