New "America's Got Talent" judge Heidi Klum rocked a little black dress during NBC's Summer Press Day at the Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa in Pasadena, Calif., on Monday.

The 39-year-old mother of four looked amazing (as usual) in a form fitting, studded dress with strappy heels.

Klum is joining Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and former Spice Girl Melanie Brown on the judging panel of the upcoming talent competition, which premieres in June.

During a press conference, Stern joked about Klum juggling her judging duties with raising her family.  "I'm going to be a good role model for them. I'm going to nanny them," he explained.

Klum added: "I think if you love to do what you do you just 'make it work'" (a line made famous by Tim Gunn on "Project Runway.")

The former supermodel recently made headlines after she saved her son and two nannies from drowning off the coast of Hawaii earlier this month. After photos of the Oahu rescue surfaced, Klum played down reports of the rescue, claiming the images were much more dramatic than the actual event.
